Grand Champion Hall & Stage
This year, Grand Champion Hall is showcasing the “Cream of the Crop!” Check out the winners of our amateur exhibit contests including textiles, crafts, photography, quilting, culinary, and horticulture. Plus, every day is unique when you learn from experts offering daily demonstrations about arts & crafts, beer and wine making, and so much more on the Grand Champion Hall Stage.
First built in 1910, Grand Champion Hall has gone by many names such as the Flower Building, the Women’s Building, and the Horticulture, Craft & Culinary Pavilion.
Open daily from 10am – 9pm. Located on Main Street across from the Exposition Center.

Culinary
Get inspiration for your next meal, dessert, snack, and more with award-winning entries from our culinary exhibitors. Plus, live culinary judging will take place on the first Friday and Sunday of the State Fair.

Photography
See the world through the lens of our photography exhibitors. With thousands of entries and hundreds of different classes, the photography walls are sure to impress the novice and experienced photographer.

Quilting
Did you know that some quilts can take up to two years to make? Marvel at these amazing works of art as they hang from the ceilings and are incorporated into display cases with other prize-winning exhibits.

Textile & Craft
From sewing and crocheting to woodworking jewelry-making and everything in between, these textiles and crafts created by our exhibitors are cozy, stylish, and stunningly beautiful.

Amateur Beer & Wine
Brewed and pressed in the homes of our exhibitors, this display includes the winners of the top awards in our Homebrew and Vintner’s Competitions.

Grand Champion Eats & Treats
Come sample Wisconsin’s finest treats on Wednesday, August 9 from 10:30am-3pm in Grand Champion Hall. Listen in on the judges’ comments and placings during live judging and meet the finest Wisconsin small food businesses, sample their products, and say yum!
