Chimi-Brat-Changa

The Chimi-Brat-Changa is a combination of Bunzel's homemade bratwurst, refried beans, and cheddar cheese wrapped in a flour tortilla and fried to a golden brown. After frying, a unique Comeback sauce is drizzled on the Changas. The dish is finished with pico de gallo and queso fresco.
