All vendors must comply with all City, County and State ordinances and laws.

All vendors operating at Wisconsin State Fair must have a valid Wisconsin Tax ID Number, this may be obtained after vendor acceptance.

Vendors operating out of a tent must provide proof that the tent is fire retardant.

Vendors selling food must obtain the appropriate permit from the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade, and Consumer Protection for their operation.
