Garden Walk

With florals in full bloom, join us on the Abso-blooming-lutely Garden Walk. Find your way to the Wisconsin State Fair Flower Crew's favorite purple plants on a stick display, blooming bovine topiary and tranquil gardens.

Compeer Financial Discovery Barnyard

Families can discover Wisconsin’s diverse and thriving agriculture industry through a variety of engaging activities, live demonstrations, and more. Stop by and see baby farm animals, too! Located in Ag Village on Sue Wetley Court, just south of the Lower Cattle Barn.

Giant Slide

The Giant Slide has been a State Fair icon for over 50 years. Hop on a burlap sack and take a magic carpet ride. Trips down the 200 ft. slide are only $4 each. Located on Second Street at Central Avenue.

Barn Closures

For the safety of the animals, exhibitors and Fairgoers, barns must be closed to allow animals to leave and the barns to be cleaned for the arrival of new animals and new exhibitors. On days the barns close early for animals to leave, certain streets in Ag Village will be closed or have limited access.

Looking to avoid traffic around the State Fair Park? Choose from one of these great options like bus groups, local transit systems, or bar & restaurant shuttles to save the hassle.

Fantastic Fair Food

Come early, hungry, and ready to graze through the State Fair at the hundreds of vendor locations that offer thousands of delicious food and beverage options. There are plenty of tasty favorites, like butter-dripping corn-on-the-cob and steaming hot deep-fried cheese curds, or be adventurous and try one of the many new foods.

Youth Exhibits

Youth Exhibits is the place for family fun surrounded by vibrant exhibits made by youth ages 8-19 from across the Badger State. Earn your own “I Discover Youth Exhibits” ribbon after exploring all the cool activities. Located on Grandstand Avenue & Fifth Street.

Free Live Music

There are dozens of FREE stages of entertainment at the Wisconsin State Fair, featuring your favorite regional and local bands, as well as family-friendly entertainment, all 11 days of the Fair.

For the safety and awareness of the general public, Wisconsin State Fair Park has put in place a number of event policies. State Fair Park staff reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person violating any law, rule, or policy. Persons entering the facility assume all risks incidental to the event.
