About Rachael Lampa

Rachael Lampa has earned music-industry success since she was 14 years old thanks to her powerhouse vocals and relatable songwriting style. Lampa released her debut album, “Live for You,” in August 2000. The album became a huge hit, spawning four No. 1 singles and winning a Dove Award for the No. 1 hit “Blessed.” In 2010, while on a years-long hiatus from music, Lampa joined her siblings in forming a non-profit in Nashville called People Loving Nashville, which walks with people who are experiencing homelessness and incarceration. Through this, she was inspired to make music about self-worth and identity.

Now she is back with a No. 1 single, “Perfectly Loved,” along with other hits like “Somebody to You,” “Wild Ones,” “High Hopes,” and “For What It’s Worth.” Her latest release, “Superpowers,” is an anthem written about her 2-year-old son who has Down syndrome, which has been widely received and celebrated.

While her own story continues to unfold, Rachael’s driving passion is to elevate the stories of those around her, using the vehicle of soul-filled music to help her access hearts in a way nothing else could. Her new music is an organic continuation of Rachael’s journey, both musically and lyrically, and is bridging the gap between the fans that grew up with her while making room for some brand-new ones too.
