Animals Exhibited at State Fair
Cattle
Approximately 1,100 dairy cattle and 500 beef cattle are shown by their exhibitors at the Wisconsin State Fair every year. Cattle can be found in the Lower Cattle Barn, Upper Cattle Barns, Dairy Lane Exhibit, Milking Parlor, and Compeer Financial Discovery Barnyard.
Goats
Approximately 1,200 goats are shown by their exhibitors at the Wisconsin State Fair every year. Stop by the Sheep & Goat Barn, the Swine & Goat Barn, or the Compeer Financial Discovery Barnyard to see goats throughout the Fair.
Horses
Each year, over 400 horses are shown by their exhibitors at the Wisconsin State Fair. See the horses in the Livestock Horse Barn, or see them in the "Neigh"borhood Corral.
Poultry
Approximately 800 birds are shown by their exhibitors at the Wisconsin State Fair every year. Poultry are exhibited in the Poultry & Rabbit Palace and can also be found in the Compeer Financial Discovery Barnyard.
Rabbits
Each year, approximately 800 rabbits are shown by their exhibitors at the Wisconsin State Fair. See rabbits at the Fair in the Poultry & Rabbit Palace and Compeer Financial Discovery Barnyard.
Sheep
Over 1,300 sheep are shown by their exhibitors at the Wisconsin State Fair each year. Visit them in the Sheep & Goat Barn or the Compeer Financial Discovery Barnyard.
Swine
Over 1,000 swine are shown by their exhibitors at the Wisconsin State Fair each year. See swine in the Swine & Goat Barn or in the Compeer Financial Discovery Barnyard.
