Exclusive rights to soda and bottled water distribution are held by Coca-Cola. Exclusive rights to display and sell mattresses at WSF are held by Mattress Firm. Exclusive rights to the cellular provider category are held by UScellular.
There is no cost to submit an application. Please do not send any payment with your application. Submitting an application does not guarantee a space at the Wisconsin State Fair.
New applicants are selected based on uniqueness of product or service, appearance of display in color photos submitted with application, availability of space, and prior experience at events.
Be sure to follow all instructions on the application, including sending color photos of your display. Incomplete applications will not be considered for space.
You will be notified of our decision on or before the last Friday in May. If you have any questions about the status of your application, we ask that you please contact us after June 1.

Electrical connections are not included with booth rental. Rates for electrical connections vary by booth location and amount of electricity needed. Please refer to the Vendor Utility Forms included in the application packets for pricing.
