Fresh roast turkey, duck confit & fried chicken breast layered with homemade stuffing and gravy, battered and On-a-Stick. Desert Heat Burger-World’s Hottest Camel Cheeseburger

The Desert Heat Burger is the world's hottest Camel Cheeseburger with an estimated scoville rating of 1,500,000. For all you non-hot heads out there - this means super duper hot! The 1/3 pound grilled camel patty is seasoned with Carolina reaper powder, topped with reaper cheese, and slathered with spicy ketchup and pickles. French Onion Soup On-a-Stick

Ooh La La! Caramelized onions are mixed with mozzarella and Swiss cheese and hand rolled into a wonton skin and deep-fried. Each wonton is cut in half and the end is capped by a baguette crouton and put on a stick. Homemade onion au jus is served on the side for dipping.
