If you love to shop, State Fair is a dream come true! There are several shopping areas located throughout the Fair Park. The Central Marketplace in the Associated Bank Amphitheater offers a variety of shopping, from handmade doll clothes to Miche bags. The air-conditioned 200,000 square foot Exposition Center is a shopper’s paradise! Whether you need a new mattress or patio set, or just want the latest as-seen-on-TV mop and chamois, this is the place to visit. The Galleria, located in the Big Back Yard, offers custom fitted toe rings, glow-in-the-dark shirts and more. Escape the crowds in the newly expanded Mile Marketplace, featuring vendors selling everything from personalized backpacks to custom stamped charms.

Cultivating 125 Years of Fair History - Explore the rich history that stemmed from Steven’s Farm in 1892 and blossomed into the State Fair Park you know and love today. Rooted in agriculture, this year’s exhibit cultivates knowledge of your beloved State Fair. The History Exhibit’s new home can be found in the south building of Exploratory Park. Don’t forget to complete your quiz to prove you are a History Expert and receive a prize!

The Wisconsin State Fair and the Wisconsin State Fair Park Foundation will continue their partnership with Kohl’s Cares. The partnership features the annual Kohl’s Family Value Day on Monday, Aug. 6, which provides discounted admission to all fairgoers, the Kohl’s Activity Zone and “Fair Day” at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin.
