No, not all ticket types qualify for the exchange programs. If you received your ticket from a contest, giveaway, State Fair vendor, Wisconsin State Fair partner, community partners, or any other third-party, there is a chance that your ticket type will not be eligible for exchange. 

If you aren't sure what your ticket type is, you can call the Wisconsin State Fair Ticket Office before heading over to check your ticket type. Please have your Etix confirmation number or your ticket numbers available when you call. Please note, confirmation emails for Wisconsin State Fair purchases come from confirmation@etix.com. 

Our team has been diligently working to create a fair exchange program for those impacted by the cancelation. If you purchased a General Admission ticket that lists the full date range of July 31-Aug. 10, but you were unable to attend the final Sunday of State Fair, you may be eligible to exchange your ticket. Some types of complimentary and free tickets may not qualify. Those who have questions or concerns can contact the Wisconsin State Fair Ticket Office prior to the exchange window their open hours at 414-266-7100. 

Besides General Admission Tickets, you can also exchange 2025 Original Cream Puff vouchers, 2025 Bargain Book vouchers, 2025 WonderFair Wheel vouchers, 2025 SpinCity 50-Ticket Pack vouchers, and 2025 SpinCity Any Day Wristband vouchers that were intended to be used on Sunday, August 10, 2025. These vouchers will be exchanged for the equivalent 2026 Wisconsin State Fair vouchers, to be used during next year’s State Fair, August 6-16, 2026.

We understand that you cannot make it into the ticket office to physically exchange your Sunday Wisconsin State Fair Admission Tickets and vouchers for 2026 tickets and vouchers. To request an exchange outside of our onsite exchange days, you will need to call the Wisconsin State Fair Ticket Office prior to the exchange window their open hours at 414-266-7100 to request a formal exception request.  

For those of you who may be out of town or unable to visit the Ticket Office during the exchange window, we are happy to accommodate, but you will need to call the Wisconsin State Fair Ticket Office prior to the exchange window at 414-266-7100. If you reach their voicemail, please leave your contact information and staff will return your call within two business days.

For exception requests over the phone, you will need your Etix confirmation email or ticket numbers ready. Please note, confirmation emails for Wisconsin State Fair purchases come from confirmation@etix.com. 

Our Ticket Office can help! Please give our Ticket Office prior to the exchange window their open hours at 414-266-7100 as they are able to look up your order to assist you with the exchange process. 

When you come to the Ticket Office during the November 10-15 exchange window, have your Etix confirmation number or your ticket numbers ready. Confirmation emails for Wisconsin State Fair digital purchases come from confirmation@etix.com.

Please note: As WSFP cannot guarantee the validity of the tickets purchased from a non-authorized source, WSFP will not honor 2025 tickets or vouchers purchased through a third-party site.

Parking passes for Sunday, August 10 purchased through Etix, the official ticket provider of Wisconsin State Fair, were automatically refunded in the weeks after the State Fair. If you have not seen the refund, please reach out to our parking partner, Interstate Parking at info@interstateparking.com for assistance. Please be aware they are experiencing higher-than-normal email volume and appreciate your patience. 

Parking Pass from any other days of the 2025 State Fair will not be eligible for a 2026 exchange. 

Cirque at the Fair VIP passes for Sunday, August 10 purchased through Etix, the official ticket provider of Wisconsin State Fair, were automatically refunded in the weeks after the State Fair.

SpinCity credits purchased during the 2025 Wisconsin State Fair can be used during the 2026 Wisconsin State Fair, so hold onto your Spin n’ Play passes. Unfortunately, any 2024 SpinCity credits are not eligible for the 2026 State Fair. 

For those Fairgoers that purchased Lynyrd Skynyrd tickets or The “Happy Together” Tour tickets through Etix, the official ticket provider of Wisconsin State Fair, automatic refunds were processed in the weeks after the State Fair. Individuals who purchased tickets at the State Fair Ticket Office or Box Office using cash were able to visit the Ticket Office to receive their refund when they presented the original tickets and ID during the refund period in August.
