Vegan Quesadilla

This quesadilla is made with a vegan tortilla shell, vegan cheese, black beans with fire-roasted corn and peppers, cilantro, jalapeños – all using vegan butter on the grill to brown the flour shell. Served with a toothpick Vegan Flag.
