Brisket Beer Cheese Baker

The Brisket Beer Cheese Baker is a smoked baked potato topped with ranch butter, Wisconsin white cheddar beer cheese, chopped brisket, Doc’s sweet BBQ sauce, and crispy fried onion strings. This item can be gluten-free without the crispy onions on top.
