When you come to the Ticket Office during the November 10-15 exchange window, have your Etix confirmation number or your ticket numbers ready. Confirmation emails for Wisconsin State Fair digital purchases come from confirmation@etix.com. 

Please note that not all ticket types qualify for the exchange programs. If you aren't sure what your ticket type is, you can call the Wisconsin State Fair Ticket Office before heading over to confirm if your tickets and vouchers qualify.
