We understand that you cannot make it into the ticket office to physically exchange your Sunday Wisconsin State Fair Admission Tickets and vouchers for 2026 tickets and vouchers. To request an exchange outside of our onsite exchange days, you will need to call the Wisconsin State Fair Ticket Office prior to the exchange window their open hours at 414-266-7100 to request a formal exception request.  

For those of you who may be out of town or unable to visit the Ticket Office during the exchange window, we are happy to accommodate, but you will need to call the Wisconsin State Fair Ticket Office prior to the exchange window at 414-266-7100. If you reach their voicemail, please leave your contact information and staff will return your call within two business days.

For exception requests over the phone, you will need your Etix confirmation email or ticket numbers ready. Please note, confirmation emails for Wisconsin State Fair purchases come from confirmation@etix.com.
