In-person exchanges will take place at the Wisconsin State Fair Park Ticket Office (7722 W. Greenfield Ave., West Allis, WI 53214) from Monday, November 10 through Saturday, November 15. The Ticket Office will be open Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm and Saturday (November 15) from 9am-4pm.

If you purchased a General Admission ticket that lists the full date range of July 31-August 10, but you were unable to attend the final Sunday of State Fair, you may be eligible to exchange your ticket. Tickets and vouchers that were intended to be used on Sunday, August 10, 2025 are eligible for exchange for 2026 Wisconsin State Fair Admission Tickets and Vouchers.

Please note that not all ticket types qualify for the exchange programs. If you received your ticket from a contest, giveaway, State Fair vendor, Wisconsin State Fair partner, community partners, or any other third-party, there is a chance that your ticket type will not be eligible for exchange. If you aren’t sure what your ticket type is, you can call the Wisconsin State Fair Ticket Office before heading over to confirm if your tickets and vouchers qualify. Please have your Etix confirmation number or your ticket numbers available when you call. Please note, confirmation emails for Wisconsin State Fair purchases come from confirmation@etix.com.
