After 11 months of sweet renovations, The Dairy Building, formerly known as the Original Cream Puff Pavilion, has been restored to its original name and glory!

Original Cream Puffs

The iconic Original Cream Puff, sold at the State Fair since 1924, is the most popular food item among Fairgoers – an average of 400,000 are consumed each year! The delicious cream-filled pastries can be enjoyed in singles, 3-Packs, or 6-Packs.
