Order Forms
Electric & Utilities Order Forms
Persons or companies exhibiting at an event at Wisconsin State Fair Park can order Electrical, Telephone, High Speed Internet, Gas, Water/Drain, and Compressed Air directly to their booth. Services must be ordered and paid for at least 14 days in advance of show opening date to receive advanced pricing.
Exhibitor Internet Access
Basic Wi-Fi is available at no charge in the Exposition Center. As this is an open network, speeds and reliability may vary. WSFP staff will not be available to trouble shoot or fix any problem a device has with connecting to this Wi-Fi.
Exhibitor Parking Passes
Every vehicle entering Wisconsin State Fair Park during show days is required to pay for parking. Exhibitor Passes are available for purchase up until the show starts. There is no charge for parking on load in days.
Food & Beverage Sale and Distribution Request Form
All exhibitors who are interested in selling or sampling food and beverage items during an event are required to complete the request form. Only items that do not directly compete with concession items will be considered.
Sign & Banner Hanging Order Form
Exhibitors who would like to suspend banners or other signage from the building rafters are asked to complete the order form and provide as much specific and detailed information as possible.
