Ian Heilmann, Associate Director of Event Services

Team Member Since 2004

Ian is a key team member in terms of event management and production. Specializing in agriculture events, entertainment and consumer shows, Ian’s versatility and breadth of knowledge, resources and contacts are a major bonus for any event he works on.

Ian’s many talents extend outside work. He is a proud father, self-proclaimed local ambassador, and plays multiple instruments.

Jamie Diplaris
Sales Manager

Team Member Since 2017

Every event at WSFP starts with Jamie. She is point on developing relationships, negotiating agreements, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Jamie is passionate about the event world and she truly enjoys developing partnerships with current and potential promoters.

In an ideal world, all Jamie needs to survive is shopping, buttered noodles, and hanging out with friends and family!

Kristy Hargarten
Event and Transportation Manager

Team Member Since 2021

Not a stranger to the Wisconsin State Fair or the Fair Park, Kristy will manage events and also be the liaison with the third-party parking vendor. Kristy has over ten years of experience, attending tradeshows and events all over the beautiful state of Wisconsin, and is excited to bring her knowledge to the team.

Outside the wonderful world of events, you can find Kristy traveling the globe, passionately cheering on the local sports teams, or channeling her creativity in her craft room of chaos.

Will Fuentes
Event Manager

Team Member Since 2021

Will assists with the execution of all events, specializing in Milwaukee Mile and agriculture events. He brings a long list of experience in promotional events with local radio and the Milwaukee Admirals, and prides himself on being the guy behind the scenes that allows an event to run seamlessly.

When he’s not hard at work here, you can find Will hanging out with his daughter, running, gardening or at a concert. He’s also up for a challenge, so bring it!

Colleen Seefeldt
Event Manager

Team Member Since 2022

Colleen has a hand in all the events that happen around the Fair Park throughout the year. Being a newcomer in the events world, she is constantly learning the nuances of each event and finding out where her niche lies. She looks forward to building strong relationships within the Fair Park and with promotors as well.

Outside of work, Colleen enjoys spending time with her cat, Marshall, and quoting lines from Gilmore Girls. You may also catch her rollerblading down by the lakefront, likely listening to showtunes, and taking a picture of the sunset.
