World Beef Expo Room & Infield Camping Reservation

We’re excited to have you stay at the Tommy G. Thompson Youth Center Dorms during the World Beef Expo.

Dorm Rooms – Tommy G. Thompson Youth Center

Dorm rooms for Expo exhibitors are available for Wednesday-Saturday nights, September 17-20, 2025. All guests staying in the Tommy G. Thompson Youth Center rooms agree to abide by all rules set forth in Tommy G. Thompson Youth Center Dorm Room Rules. By order of the Wisconsin State Fair Park Fire Marshal, room capacity is limited to six occupants.

Infield Camping – Milwaukee Mile Infield

Full Service camping spaces are available in the Milwaukee Mile Infield for Wednesday-Saturday nights, September 17-20, 2025. Sites are equipped with water, sewer, and electrical hookups. Occupants must provide their own hoses for water/sewer.

Room Reservation Details

Each room accommodates up to 6 people. Guests 17 and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. All guests staying in the Tommy G. Thompson Youth Center Dorm Rooms agree to abide by all rules set forth in Tommy G. Thompson Youth Center Dorm Room Rules.

The standard rate is $110.00 per night per room plus tax.

To reserve your room, please use this link: World Beef Expo Dorm Reservations

If this is your first time using this system (which is new for 2023), you will need to create a username/password. Click “Sign Up” and follow the prompts. (Note that you’ll be required to enter a company name, please put NA in this field.)

Once you have your username, sign into the reservation portal. From there, you can request your rooms, pay your invoice and then submit your room list and any special requests.

Notes about payment:

Payment is required in advance; we are not able to accept payment on site.
There is an additional 2% service fee for paying with a credit card.
NEW FOR 2023 – We now accept ACH (direct from your bank account) payments.
- This payment method DOES NOT have any additional fees.
- To pay by ACH, on the page where you are prompted to enter your credit card information, use the payment method drop-down to select “New Bank Account” instead.
