Tommy G. Thompson Youth Center Dorms

Dormitory style housing is available in the Tommy G. Thompson Youth Center for select events.

Each room is furnished with 6 bunk beds, lockers, and a private bathroom including separate shower and toilet areas.

Room Reservation Details

Non-Fair Room Rates & Reservations

Each room accommodates up to 6 people.  Guests 17 and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

The standard rate is $110.00 per night per room plus tax, with a minimum rental of 10 rooms for your group.

Organizations and groups looking for a block of rooms should fill out our New Event Inquiry Form.

Wisconsin State Fair Park reserves the right to change the number of guests per room.  All rates are subject to change.

Parking Fees

All vehicles may be charged upon entering State Fair Park.

Cancellation Policy

No-shows and/or individual cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to arrival will result in a charge of 1 night(s) stay, plus tax.

Each room includes its own private bathroom, storage lockers for guests, and six bunk beds.
