State Fair Hiring Center

The Wisconsin State Fair is feeling good about our awesome summer jobs!

Wisconsin State Fair is seeking staff for the annual State Fair. We have a large number of openings for work leading up to and during the 2025 Wisconsin State Fair, July 31 -August 10. Employees are required to work all 11 days of the State Fair and must be at least 16 years old.

Starting Tuesday, June 9, stop by the State Fair Hiring Center on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays to become a part of the team that is essential for a safe and fun event.

The Details

When

Starting the week of June 8, check out the State Fair Hiring Center’s days and times:

  • Tuesdays: 3pm-7pm
  • Wednesdays: 1pm-5pm
  • Saturdays: 10am-2pm

The State Fair Hiring Center is located at the following address:

640 S 84th Street, West Allis, WI 53214

Enter Gate 5 at W. Schlinger Avenue & S. 84th Street. Follow direction to the parking lot and enter on the west side of the building.

What to Bring

Attendees Should Bring the Following Items:

  • Bring your resume if you have one, otherwise employment applications will be available for those who do not
  • Proof of Eligibility to Work in the U.S. (Documents for I-9 verification)
    • Driver License/ID Card, Birth Certificate, School ID, Passport, etc.
  • Social Security Card (for payroll purposes)
  • A winning attitude and a smile!

These are onsite interviews, so come prepared! Applicants will fill out employment documents upon a successful interview and all applicants 18+ will need to pass a criminal background check.
