The RV Park at Wisconsin State Fair Park is the ONLY RV Park in Metro Milwaukee, and it is open year-round!
Conveniently located in an urban setting and adjacent to I-94, the RV Park is just minutes to numerous attractions including downtown Milwaukee’s museums, summer festivals, casual and fine dining, Fiserv Forum, UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena, and Potawatomi Hotel & Casino.
The RV Park is also located close to Milwaukee’s suburban attractions such as Miller Park – home to the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club, the world-famous Milwaukee County Zoo, and endless shopping at Mayfair Mall.

The RV Park at the Wisconsin State Fair Park has put in place a plan to reopen and/or continue operations for its guests and patrons. The plan accounts for the safety and well-being of its employees and guests by expanding on the operational segments of RV parks and campgrounds.
In accordance with Federal, State and Local Public Health Department regulations and guidance, the plan provides consideration for the following procedures:
- Social Distancing
- Cleaning and Sanitizing
- Occupancy and Capacity
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Throughout the plan, tangible evidence of actions showcases the operational effort to optimize the distance between our guests and to clean and sanitize areas they may come into contact with. Examples of these actions include but are not limited to:
- Modified Registration Procedures
- Social Distancing Signage
- Enhanced Cleaning/Sanitizing Plans with Frequency/Schedules
- Contact-Free Communication and Service
- Closure of Specified Campground Areas
- Reduction and/or Removal of Furniture to Minimize Occupancy
- PPE for Employees

RV Park Re-Opening FAQs
Yes, we are accepting reservations with an arrival date of June 1 or later.
The office will be staffed Monday-Saturday, 9AM-3PM to assist customers over the phone.
The office will remain closed to the public.
If you cancel your stay before June 1, you will be issued a full refund (minus the reservation fee).
After June 1 our normal cancellation policy is in effect.
The amenities listed below are available by appointment only:
- Propane fill
- Water fill
- Dump station
- Storage entrance
- Mail pick-up
The amenities listed below are open with limitations:
- Laundry room – No more than 2 guests at a time
- Shower rooms – No more than 4 guests at a time
The back bathrooms will remain closed, but there is a toilet stall available in each shower room.
The Milwaukee Cares Mask Ordinance goes into effect on July 16, 2020. The RV Park is located in the City of Milwaukee, and therefore impacted by this ordinance.
The ordinance requires face coverings in public spaces, indoors and outdoors in the City of Milwaukee. The full order can be found at city.milwaukee.gov.
You may check in at any time after 2pm on your schedule arrival date.
To promote social distancing, we have a no-contact check-in process in place. When you arrive at the RV Park, stop at the RV Park Office and grab the packet with your name on it out of the mailbox labelled “RV Park Arrival Packets”.
Inside that packet there will be:
- A green or blue window tag to hang in your camper
- A map showing you how to get to your campsite from the office
- RV Park Rules and Regulations
- Rates and cancellation policy
- Survey and mailing list sign-up letter
- Emergency weather pamphlet
- Code for shower and laundry room access
- COVID-19 related information
Use your map to get to your campsite, and we will take it from there!
We will check the lot frequently and check you into our systems when we see that you have arrived.

If you need immediate assistance after the office has closed, you can call the emergency after-hours RV Park line. That phone number is available at the bottom of the RV Park Rules and Regulation found in your arrival packet.
Social distancing must be observed at all times.
You must notify the RV Park staff if you suspect you have COVID-19.
We encourage everyone to use the bathroom, shower and laundry facilities in their camping unit- if equipped.
Campsites and dump stations will be sanitized between guests.
We have increased the intensity and frequency of cleaning and sanitizing. Our sanitizing log will be posted in all common areas.
Stays of up to 29 nights qualify for daily rates and can be reserved through Reserve America or directly with the RV Park Office.
- $35 per night (dry site) + tax
- $37.50 per night (electric only) + tax
- $40 per night (electric & water) + tax
- $45 per night (full service) + tax
Special events may have higher rates and/or minimum stay requirements.
Check-in begins at 2 pm, and permits expire on the final day at 12 pm (noon).
A $10 fee will be charged for early check-in or late check-out.
Stays of 30 days or more qualify for a monthly rate. Monthly bookings must be made directly with the RV Park Office.

Storage of RVs, trucks, and trailers is available from October 1 through April 30 for $60 per month. Monthly price includes sales tax.
All items must be dry storage (kept outside with no cover) and rates do not include electric.
Must provide proof of insurance, registration and a copy of driver’s license at time of booking.
All reservations will be subject to a $5 reservation fee. Reservation fee and full amount for entire storage reservation is due upfront at time of booking.

Rules & Regulations
By making a reservation, you agree to abide by the RV Park Rules & Regulations and the cancellation fee schedule (please see below).
Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to reservation arrival date will be fully refunded, minus a $5 cancellation fee.
Cancellations between 15-30 days prior to reservation arrival date will incur charges for 10% of reservation total, as well as a $5 cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 14 days of reservation arrival date will incur charges for 50% of reservation total, as well as a $5 cancellation fee.
No refunds will be given if a reservation is cancelled after the scheduled arrival date, after being checked in, or for no show/no call reservations.

Yes! The dump station costs $10 per use.
Guests are allowed one vehicle in addition to their camping unit. A second vehicle may be allowed if it fits within the campsite.

The RV Park is 6 miles from Henry Maier Festival Park.
The RV Park is 1.7 miles away from Miller Park.
The Hank Aaron Trail runs along the south side of the RV Park. Access to the trail entrance is located on South 76th Street.
Yes. Storage is available from October 1 through April 30 for $60 per month.
Only dry campsites are available for the public during the Wisconsin State Fair. If a site with utilities is needed, please contact the RV Park Office to be put on a waiting list.
No, there is currently not an ATM on site.
Yes. The propane station is available during office hours and costs $4.25 per gallon. The filling station is able to fill both tanks and RVs.
Yes, electricity is included in the rates for full service sites, electric and water sites, and electric only sites.
