Before you can have fun at the Milwaukee Mile, you've got to get here first.

See below for the different options you have on getting to Wisconsin State Fair Park:

Just a reminder that for everyone's safety, local authorities only allow right hand turns into State Fair Park along all bordering streets (S. 84th Street, W. Greenfield Avenue, W. Kearney Street, S. 76th Street).

Over half of State Fair Park is dedicated to onsite parking for Snap-on Milwaukee Mile 250 Weekend attendees. Parking services at State Fair Park are provided by Interstate Parking Company.

Daily Parking Prices:

  • Infield Saturday Parking ONLY: $25 per vehicle 

  • Infield Sunday Parking ONLY: $35 per vehicle 

  • Infield Saturday + Sunday Parking COMBO: $47 per vehicle 

  • General Saturday Parking ONLY: $15 per vehicle 

  • General Sunday Parking ONLY: $20 per vehicle 

  • General Saturday + Sunday Parking COMBO: $27 per vehicle 

Parking lots open at 6:00am on Saturday and 7:00am on Sunday. 

 

Parking

Infield Vehicle Parking can only be purchased online in advance. 

  • Infield Saturday Parking ONLY: $25 per vehicle | Parking lots open at 6:00am 
  • Infield Sunday Parking ONLY: $35 per vehicle | Parking lots open at 7:00am 
  • Infield Saturday + Sunday Parking COMBO: $47 per vehicle 

Infield Vehicle Parking is available for Saturday and/or Sunday.  

A limited number of Infield Vehicle Parking spaces are available via Gate 5, located at W. Schlinger Avenue & S. 84th Street (north of W. Greenfield Avenue). 

Vehicles with an Infield Parking pass will be directed to the parking lot through a tunnel that leads under the Grandstand. There are no timing restrictions for entering and exiting the Infield Parking lot. Once parked, proceed to the nearest entrance. If your vehicle leaves the parking lot, you will be charged for parking upon re-entry. 

Re-entry is only allowed for guests with an Infield Camping package throughout the weekend. See details on Infield Camping here. 

General Vehicle Parking pricing is different each day. Costs are: 

  • General Saturday Parking ONLY: $15 per vehicle | Parking lots open at 6:00am 
  • General Sunday Parking ONLY: $20 per vehicle | Parking lots open at 7:00am 
  • General Saturday + Sunday Parking COMBO: $27 per vehicle  

General Vehicle Parking is available through the following vehicle gates: 

  • Gate 1 – W. Greenfield Avenue & S. 79th Street 
  • Gates 7 & 8 – Kearney Street (I-94 Frontage Road), between S. 84th & S. 76th Streets 

Gates may close temporarily if parking lots are full. Upon entering the lot, you will pay for parking via credit/debit card or show your prepaid parking pass. Once parked, proceed to the nearest admission entrance. If your vehicle leaves the parking lot, you will be charged for parking upon re-entry.

All parking is first-come, first-served. You cannot purchase parking day-of online. Parking may still be available, and you will be able to purchase it at the parking gates via credit/debit only.

 Please note: Vehicles over 20 feet in length (including hitch) are considered oversized. Oversized vehicles or campers will be subject to an extra charge, depending on size.

Accessible parking spaces are available in all State Fair parking lots on a first-come, first-served basis. While these Accessible parking spots cannot be reserved in advance, purchasing your parking pass online ahead of time provides quicker entry into the lots. Once you arrive, with proper decals or license plates displayed, you will be directed to any available Accessible spots within our lots.

Accessible parking spaces are available in all State Fair parking lots on a first-come, first-served basis. While these Accessible parking spots cannot be reserved in advance, purchasing your parking pass online ahead of time provides quicker entry into the lots. Once you arrive, with proper decals or license plates displayed, you will be directed to any available Accessible spots within our lots.

A designated Accessible parking only lot is available via Gate 4 on S. 84th Street (just north of W. Greenfield Avenue). Proper decals or license plates must be displayed. This parking lot opens at 9am daily. No general parking is allowed in this lot.

Designated accessible parking is also available through the following vehicle gates: 

  • Gate 1 – at W. Greenfield Avenue & S. 79th Street 
  • Gate 7 & 8 – W. Kearney Street (between S. 84th St. & S. 76th St.)  

Proper decals or license plates must be displayed.

Motorcycle Parking is not sold in advance or for Infield Parking.
Cost: $5 on Saturday | $8 on Sunday per motorcycle 

Motorcycle Parking is available through the following vehicle gates:

  • Gate 1 – W. Greenfield Avenue & S. 79th Street
  • Gate 7 & 8 – Kearney Street (I-94 Frontage Road,) between S. 84th & S. 76th Streets

Alternate Transportation Options

For the safety of all our guests, bicycles, tricycles, or unicycles are not allowed to be brought into or ridden inside the State Fair Park during our open operation hours. We do have bicycle racks on the North and South sides of the State Fair Park where you can lock your bicycles, tricycles, or unicycles – remember to bring your own lock!

FREE bicycle parking is available in dedicated areas located at the following gates:

  • UScellular Main Entrance- located on Adler St. near I-94

  • South Entrance A – located at Greenfield Ave. & S. 81st St.

Get a safe ride with Uber, Lyft, or taxi service. A designated pick-up and drop-off area is located just outside the UScellular Main Entrance on the north side of State Fair Park near SpinCity.

Rideshare vehicles and taxis should enter at Gate 4 on S. 84th Street (north of W. Greenfield Avenue). Local authorities only allow right hand turns into State Fair Park along all bordering streets during the Fair (S. 84th Street, W. Greenfield Avenue, W. Kearney Street, S. 76th Street).

  • Route 18 (National Avenue) and Route 33 (Vliet – 84th) provides regular daily service to the State Fair. Fairgoers can ride Route 18 between downtown along National Avenue and Greenfield Avenue and arrive at State Fair at either 81st Street or 84th Street. Route 33 buses travel along Vliet Street, Glenview Avenue, and 84th Street and arrive at Greenfield Avenue.
  • Passengers can plan their trip, track their bus, or pay their fare using the new Umo App! Visit RideMCTS.com/WisGo for more info! Or pay with M-Cards or cash. For personalized assistance planning your ride, you can call the MCTS Customer Service Center Monday – Friday between 8am – 4:30pm at 414-937-3218.
  • Transit Plus paratransit service is available for 2024 State Fairgoers. Eligible clients may contact their assigned van provider to schedule a ride to the fun! Drop off and pick up location is at Gate 2 Entrance located on 84th Street just north of Greenfield Avenue.

  • I-41 Southbound to I-94 Eastbound. East on I-94 to 84th Street exit. At stoplight, continue straight onto West Kearney Street. Turn right into North Parking Lot. If lot is full, proceed to 76th Street and turn right for additional parking options.
  • I-41 Southbound to Bluemound Road exit. Left (east) on Bluemound Road to Glenview/84th Street. Right (south) on 84th Street to Kearney Street. Left (east) on Kearney Street to the Wisconsin State Fair North Lot on right. If lot is full, proceed to 76th Street and turn right (south) for additional parking options.
  • I-41/894 Northbound to I-94 Eastbound. East on I-94 to 84th Street exit. Cross 84th Street to Kearney Street. East on Kearney Street to the Wisconsin State Fair North Lot on right. If lot is full, proceed to 76th Street and turn right (south) for additional parking options.
  • I-41/894 Northbound to I-94 Eastbound. East on I-94 to 70th Street exit. Right (south) on 70th Street to Greenfield Avenue. Right (west) on Greenfield Avenue to the Wisconsin State Fair on right.
  • I-41/894 Northbound to National Avenue exit. Right (northeast) on National Avenue to 84th Street. Left (north) on 84th Street to Kearney Street. East on Kearney Street to the Wisconsin State Fair North Lot on right. If lot is full, proceed to 76th Street and turn right (south) for additional parking options.
  • I-94 Westbound to 68th Street exit. Continue west on O'Connor Street to 70th Street. Left (south) on 70th Street to Greenfield Avenue. Right (west) on Greenfield Avenue to the Wisconsin State Fair on right.
  • I-94 Westbound to 68th Street exit. Continue west on O'Connor Street to 76th Street. Left (south) on 76th Street to the Wisconsin State Fair on right.
  • I-94 Westbound to 84th Street exit. Left (south) on 84th Street to Kearney Street. Left (east) on Kearney Street to the Wisconsin State Fair North Lot on right. If lot is full, proceed to 76th Street and turn right (south) for additional parking options.
  • I-94 Eastbound to 84th Street exit. At stoplight, continue straight onto West Kearney Street. Turn right into North Parking Lot or proceed to South 76th Street, turn right and proceed to gates on South 76th Street or West Greenfield Avenue.
  • I-94 Eastbound to WIS 100 exit. Right (south) on WIS 100 to Greenfield Avenue. Left (east) on Greenfield Avenue to the northbound entrance ramp at Greenfield Avenue to I-94 Eastbound. East on I-94 to 84th Street exit. Cross 84th Street to Kearney Street. East on Kearney Street to the Wisconsin State Fair North Lot on right. If lot is full, proceed to 76th Street and turn right for additional parking options.
