Exhibitor Parking Passes

Everyone is required to pay for parking during an event. There is no charge for parking during move-in or move-out.

Advance ordering of parking passes is appreciated, but it is not required.

  • Exhibitor Parking Passes are $8 per vehicle per day, single entry only. To receive the $8 exhibitor rate, passes MUST be purchased before the show opens.

  • Physical parking passes can be ordered in advance with your utilities or they can be ordered on site during move in at the Exhibitor Services Desk (off Dock A).  These passes MUST be picked up from the Exhibitor Services desk during load in for you to distribute to your staff as needed. They are not included in your show packet or available at the show office.

  • Electronic QR code passes are available for a single vehicle through our parking partner, Interstate Parking. The link will be shared via the event promoter approximately one (1) week prior the event.
