Stays of up to 29 nights qualify for nightly rates and can be reserved through Reserve America or directly with the RV Park Office.

Some events, such as the annual Wisconsin State Fair and the 2025 INDYCAR races may be subject to event-specific rates and policies.​

All reservations are subject to tax and a $5 reservation fee.

Storage of RVs, trucks, and trailers is available from October 1 through April 30 for $60 per month (30 nights). Proof of insurance and submission of the Winter Storage Reservation Agreement is required prior to booking. Click here to complete the Winter Storage Reservation Agreement.

All storage is in an outdoor, uncovered, and locked lot. Storage does not include electric and full payment for entire storage reservation is due at time of booking.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellation policy applies to full and partial reservation cancellations. If you are shortening your stay prior to your arrival date, otherwise known as a partial cancellation, the cancellation fee applies to the portion of your reservation being cancelled. If you are cancelling your full reservation, the cancellation fee applies to reservation total.

*All full-reservation cancellations are subject to a $7 charge in addition to cancellation fee*

Full or partial cancellations received more than 30 days prior to reservation arrival date will be fully refunded*

Full or partial cancellations received between 15-30 days prior to reservation arrival date are subject to a 10% cancellation fee*

Full or partial cancellations received between 1-14 days prior to reservation arrival date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee*

No refunds will be given if a reservation is fully or partially cancelled on or after the scheduled arrival date, after being checked in, in any case of RV Park permit revocation, for late arrivals or early departures, or for no show/no call reservations. Failure to check-in within 24 hours of scheduled arrival date will result in cancellation of reservation without refund. If an extended-stay reservation, failure to complete the extended stay camper rules and regulations form within 24 hours of scheduled arrival date may also result in termination of reservation without refund.

No refunds will be given on reservations staying during the Wisconsin State Fair (7/31/25 – 8/10/25), INDYCAR weekend (8/22/25 – 8/24/25), or any other event dates that are subject to event-specific cancellation policies.

All services and supplies sold by the RV Park are final sale – including but not limited to propane filling, use of dump station, and RV supplies.

Please understand that the RV Park cannot be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, illness, changes in work schedules or any other changes in plans affecting our guests and therefore we must adhere to our cancellation policy.

Rescheduling Reservations

Reservations are specific to the dates reserved. If rescheduling a reservation is desired, see policies below and please note rescheduling of reservations are subject to availability.

• Requests to arrive earlier than scheduled arrival date is permitted if availability allows. Contact RV Park staff for assistance.
• Full reservation postponement requests received between 1-30 days prior to original reservation arrival date are not accepted. Reservation must be cancelled (subject to above cancellation policy) and a new reservation be made.
• Full reservation postponement requests received more than 30 days prior to original reservation arrival date are permitted if new requested arrival date is within 6 months of original arrival date.
