General Event FAQs
There are no options available at Harvest Fair for rental of scooters, wheelchairs, or wagons.
There will not be animals in the barns during Harvest Fair. You can see animals during the animal races – see our Entertainment page for the race times.
For the safety of our guests, pets are not permitted on site. Working service animals are permitted.

The dates and times for Harvest Fair are:
- Friday, September 26: 5pm – 11pm
- Saturday, September 27: 10am – 11pm
- Sunday, September 28: 10am – 6pm
World Beef Expo will now be held the week prior the Harvest Fair rather than during the same weekend.

Smoking is not allowed in indoor facilities or in Central Park, including e-cigarettes.
Admission & Parking FAQs
Harvest Fair has a $5 admission fee for those 12 and older to continue to produce a high-quality, fun-filled, and safe event. In an effort to keep this event affordable for families, all attendees 11 and under will get free admission to the fall event. We understand that this will affect how you experience Harvest Fair, and we appreciate this community helping grow such an amazing event over three decades.
General Parking is $10 per vehicle or $5 per motorcycle. For only $15, skip the walk with prime parking! A limited number of Preferred Parking spaces are also available at Gate 1 and Gate 4.
All parking is first-come, first-served. Re-entry is not permitted.

The designated Lyft, Uber & Taxi drop off and pick up area is at Gate 4, located on S. 84th Street just north of W. Greenfield Avenue.
Cash will not be accepted for parking for the Harvest Fair. Harvest Fairgoers can purchase parking online in advance.

No, all shows on the Bank Five Nine Amphitheater are FREE.

Free Family Fun and Rides & Activities FAQs
Yes, just visit any Activity & Ride Ticket Booth to load additional tickets onto your BlastPass card.
Activity & Ride Tickets are non-refundable, but can be used on any day of Harvest Fair.
Visit any Activity & Ride Ticket Booth to check how many tickets are left on your BlastPass card. Each ride or activity can also show you how many remaining tickets you have after scanning for that ride or activity.
Tickets can be used the entire run of Harvest Fair. For example, tickets purchased on Friday can still be used on Saturday or Sunday.
Tickets cost $1 each and are available at any Activity & Ride Ticket Booth at Harvest Fair.

Activities & Rides close at 9pm on Friday & Saturday and 6pm on Sunday. Some activities may be affected by weather, and we reserve the right to modify posted times.
Wisconsin State Fair Park and Harvest Fair are not responsible for lost or stolen BlastPass cards.

Shopping, Food & Beverage FAQs
Yes – please make sure it’s empty when you come through the gate. Souvenir Cups will also be available for purchase at participating vendors for $8 each, with refills available for $4 each.

YES! Vendors inside the Fair Park have the option of accepting cash as a form of payment. Most vendors will accept both cash and credit cards.
