World Beef Expo Room & Infield Camping Reservation<\/p><\/h1><\/div>

We\u2019re excited to have you stay at the Tommy G. Thompson Youth Center Dorms during the World Beef Expo.<\/h3>\n

Dorm Rooms \u2013 Tommy G. Thompson Youth Center
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dorm and infield reservations will be closing on September 21.<\/p>\n

Dorm rooms for Expo exhibitors are available for Wednesday-Saturday nights, September 23-26, 2026.\u00a0 All guests staying in the Tommy G. Thompson Youth Center rooms agree to abide by all rules set forth in Tommy G. Thompson Youth Center Dorm Room Rules<\/a>. By order of the Wisconsin State Fair Park Fire Marshal, room capacity is limited to six occupants.<\/p>\n

Infield RV-Site(s) Check-in<\/strong><\/p>\n

To receive your Infield RV-Site, Check- In packet; please go to the Tommy G. Thompson Youth Center located at 640 S. 84th<\/sup> Street, West Allis, WI 53214. In your packet you will receive a map of the infield and a blown-up map of the RV-Sites, as well as the single parking pass allocated per-site.\u00a0 Please note that your requested site number will be taken into account when site placements are determined, however site requests will be taken from first submitted to last. It is recommended to bring extra length in all utility hook-ups, as there may be obstacles in the direct pathway of your allotted site. There will be NO cattle tie-outs allowed at RV-Sites or outside of the permitted tie-outs area on the perimeter of the track. Room Reservation Details<\/strong><\/h2><\/div>

Each room accommodates up to 6 people.\u00a0 Guests 17 and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. All guests staying in the Tommy G. Thompson Youth Center Dorm Rooms agree to abide by all rules set forth in Tommy G. Thompson Youth Center Dorm Room Rules<\/a>.<\/h3>\n

The standard rate is $110.00 per night per room plus tax.<\/h3>\n

If this is your first time using this system, you will need to create a username\/password.\u00a0 Click \u201cSign Up\u201d and follow the prompts.\u00a0 (Note that you\u2019ll be required to enter a company name, please put NA in this field.)<\/h3>\n

Once you have your username, sign into the reservation portal.\u00a0 From there, you can request your rooms, pay your invoice and then submit your room list and any special requests.<\/h3>\n
