In partnership with event promoters, we will make every effort to follow professional industry recommendations as they apply to events held at State Fair Park.<\/p>\n
Pre-show event meetings are required for show management and Wisconsin State Fair Park staff to review operational procedures.<\/p>\n
Guidelines and recommendations are subject to change at any time per guidance from the various governmental entities mentioned on this page.<\/p>\n<\/div>
<\/div><\/div><\/div>It is expected that all event promoters read and understand the guidelines provided in the following links:<\/p>\n

Disinfectant<\/strong><\/h2><\/div>All high touch points will be wiped down multiple times a day with an EPA approved disinfectant. Restrooms will be cleaned using the Kaivac no-touch cleaning system on a regularly scheduled basis.<\/p>\n
As soon as load in begins, surfaces and objects that are touched frequently, including but not limited to those listed below, will be regularly disinfected.<\/p>\n<\/div>
<\/i><\/div>Public Areas<\/h2><\/div><\/div>\nThe following surfaces and objects in lobbies, hallways, dining and food service areas open to the public will be cleaned:<\/p>\n
\n- Door handles, handrails, push plates<\/li>\n
- Bike rack or other barricades the public may touch<\/li>\n
- Handrails for stairs, ramps, and escalators<\/li>\n
- Elevator buttons \u2013 inside and out<\/li>\n
- Reception desks and ticket counters<\/li>\n
- Telephones, Point of Sale terminals, and other keypads<\/li>\n
- Tables and chairs<\/li>\n
- Drinking fountains, vending and ice machines<\/li>\n
- Trash receptacle touch points<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/i><\/div>
Restrooms<\/h2><\/div><\/div>\nThe following surfaces and objects in restrooms and portable units, both in front and back of house, will be cleaned:<\/p>\n

- Lids of containers for disposal of women\u2019s sanitary products<\/li>\n
- Soap dispensers and towel dispenser handles<\/li>\n
