The Gufs are an American pop-rock band from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, best known for the songs "Smile" and "Crash (Into Me)." After releasing their self-titled album on Atlantic Records in 1996, the band became a staple of the Milwaukee music scene and built a national following through extensive touring across the United States.
