The Gluten Friendly list is meant to assist gluten-conscious Fairgoers in searching out appropriate food and drink options for their diet while visiting the Wisconsin State Fair. The information below was provided by individual vendors and any label of “Gluten-Free” has not been verified by the Wisconsin State Fair. As with any dietary limitation, we encourage Fairgoers to ask questions of the vendors directly to help decide what food options are most appropriate. Fairgoers with food intolerances or allergies may bring outside food and drink into the Fair to accommodate their dietary needs. Coolers are permitted, but will be searched upon entry to the Fair Park. No alcoholic beverages may be brought into the Wisconsin State Fair.

BBQ Baby Back Ribs

All our fall-off-the-bone ribs are slow cooked fresh daily in our very own hickory smoked brine recipe, then brushed with BBQ sauce, and finished off on the grill. Served with fries. At Charcoal Grill Roadhouse.


BBQ Chicken with Bacon Pizza

10" original crust pizza topped with mozzarella, grilled BBQ chicken, BBQ sauce, Monterey jack and cheddar cheese. Gluten free or cauliflower crust options available. At Pistol Pete's.


Braised Pulled Pork Sandwich

Saz's premium antibiotic & hormone free pork mixed with Saz's original barbecue sauce. For a gluten friendly option, ask for a gluten free bun. Served with sour cream & chive fries and Kosher pickles. At Saz's Miller High Life Pavilion and Saz's BBQ.
