2008 WISCONSIN STATE FAIR CHEESE
AND BUTTER CONTEST
Last year dairy manufacturers from throughout the state submitted more than 230 entries for competition, with Jim Klein, a cheese
maker at Swiss Valley Farms in Platteville, being named the 2007 Grand Master Cheese Maker.  Judging for the 2008 Wisconsin State Fair Cheese & Butter Contest will take place on Friday, June 27 at Wisconsin State Fair Park. 
The entry deadline is Friday, June 16.

2008 Blue Ribbon Cheese & Butter Auction

Location: Saz's Hospitality Village - Wisconsin State Fair Park

Join us as we auction off the winning entries from the 2008 Wisconsin State Fair Cheese & Butter contest. Auction proceeds fund five, $1000 scholarships, as well as dairy promotions at the Wisconsin State Fair.

House of Moo
The House of Moo, located in the dairy barn, is a hands-on, dairy education center that builds public awareness of Wisconsin's $20.6 billion dairy industry. The exhibit, which reaches nearly 200,000 Fairgoers annually, will have a new look this year to help celebrate its 10th anniversary.
