AUGUST 6 - Iconic classic rock band Boston will take the stage on opening night of the State Fair. A staple on every classic rock fans playlist, Bostons numerous hits include "More Than a Feeling," "Peace of Mind," "Dont Look Back" and "Amanda." Fans can expect to hear all the classics they have grown to love!
AUGUST 7 - Jason Derulo will have the crowd on its feet with his signature voice and one-of-a-kind dance moves. Since debuting his first single “Whatcha Say” in 2009, the singer-songwriter has sold more 30 million albums, with chart toppers including “Wiggle,” “Trumpets,” and “Want to Want Me.”
AUGUST 8 - Country music fans will get their fill as Chris Young & Special Guest. Young has been charming fans with his deep baritone and melt-your-heart lyrics for years and has collected six consecutive No. 1 singles, including “Gettin’ You Home,” “The Man I Want To Be” and “Tomorrow.”
AUGUST 9 - Fairgoers are in for a ‘60s and ‘70s revival and classic hits with the return of the Happy Together Tour. This year’s lineup includes The Turtles featuring Flo & Eddie, The Association, Mark Lindsay former lead singer of Paul Revere & The Raiders, The Grass Roots, The Buckinghams and The Cowsills.
AUGUST 10 - Returning to the State Fair after their inspirational performance in 2011, contemporary Christian rock group Casting Crowns is back! Since banding together in 1999, Casting Crowns has released numerous number one hits, including “The Altar and the Door” and “Praise You in This Storm.”
AUGUST 11 - Thrills and chills await at this year’s fair as Nik Wallenda, The King of the High Wire, attempts his longest walk ever! The nine-time World Record holder will walk more than 10 stories above the famous Milwaukee Mile racetrack for 1,560 feet on a wire no wider than a nickel.
AUGUST 12 - The Under the Sun Tour is an ode to alternative pop and rock from the past two decades. Fans will rock to numerous hits, including Sugar Ray’s single “Fly,” Better Than Ezra’s number one smash “Good,” Uncle Kracker’s chart topper “Follow Me” and Eve 6’s anthem “Here’s to the Night.”
AUGUST 13 - Country music singer-songwriter Justin Moore has released numerous chart-toppers, including his boot-stompin hits "Backwoods," "Lettin the Night Roll" and "Point at You." Moore was also named the Academy of Country Music Awards New Artist of the Year in April 2014.
AUGUST 14 - Die-hard '70s rock fans are in for a treat! With classic rock standards like "Born to Be Wild" and "Magic Carpet Ride," John Kay & Steppenwolf have risen to iconic proportions. Lou Gramm, The Voice of Foreigner, will open the show with classics like "I Want to Know What Love Is."
AUGUST 15 - Concertgoers are in for a ‘80s rock revival with Hair at the Fair! Heavy metal, head-banging artists Dee Snider of Twisted Sister, Lita Ford, Kix and Lynch Mob will keep fans singing at the top of their lungs with glam-metal favorites like “We’re Not Gonna Take It” and “I Wanna Rock.”
AUGUST 16 - Kenny Rogers has sold more than 100 million records sold worldwide and is one of the most successful recording artists of all time. Timeless hits like “The Gambler,” “Coward of the County” and his duet with Dolly Parton, “Islands in the Stream,” are iconic in the world of country music.
