TUESDAY, AUGUST 8 AT 7:30 PM - 3 time Grammy-winning a cappella group Pentatonix will bring a new beat the Fair. After winning NBC’s a competition, The Sing-Off, in 2011, the group soared to stardom, and has since sold over 5.8 million albums in the U.S. alone. Known initially for covers of popular and classic songs alike, Pentatonix transitioned to original music with the release of the 2015 self-titled album.
WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 9 AT 7 PM - The party continues! State Fair is throwing it back to the ‘90s once again with the return of the I Love the 90’s Tour! This star-studded tour will feature a brand new lineup of artists on Wednesday, August 9 at 7 pm. Best known for his chart-topping hit “Ice Ice Baby,” rap superstar Vanilla Ice will headline the show, and will be joined by Kid ‘n Play, All-4-One, Tone Loc and Young MC.
THURSDAY, AUGUST 10 AT 7:30 PM - Rock legends will come together for one night to Rock the Mile on Thursday, Aug. 10 at 7:30 p.m. The star-studded lineup features headliner Lou Gramm, original lead singer of Foreigner, Steve Augeri former lead vocalist of Journey, Bobby Kimball original lead singer of Toto, Fee Waybill of The Tubes and John Payne former lead singer of Asia. FRIDAY, AUGUST 11 AT 7 PM - Seventeen-year-old singer, songwriter, and actress Sabrina Carpenter will take the Main Stage on Friday, Aug. 11. Carpenter has been featured on several television shows, including Disney Channel’s “Girl Meets World,” and won Radio Disney Music Awards in 2015 and 2016 for her songs “Can’t Blame a Girl for Trying” and “Eyes Wide Open.”
SATURDAY, AUGUST 12 AT 8 PM - Soulful songstress Patti LaBelle brings her R&B, gospel and jazz to State Fair, along with special guest En Vogue. LaBelle first found mainstream success in the 1970s with the iconic disco song “Lady Marmalade” and her signature anthem “You Are My Friend.” LaBelle has sold more than 50 million records. SUNDAY, AUGUST 13 AT 6 PM - Country superstar Alan Jackson will bring his Honky Tonk Highway Tour to the Main Stage on Sunday, Aug. 13. Jackson will perform songs that have gained him legions of longtime fans, including his debut hit “Here in The Real World,” signature honky-tonk favorites “Chattahoochee,” and “Gone Country,” as well as party anthems like “It’s Five O’Clock Somewhere.”
