 The Wisconsin State Fair RV Park is the
ONLY RV Park in Metro Milwaukee!
Location: 601 South 76th Street
Milwaukee, WI 53214
Open year-round and conveniently located at Wisconsin State Fair Park, the RV Park is adjacent to Interstate 94. Is located just minutes to numerous attractions including downtown Milwaukee’s public and art museums, summer festivals, casual and fine dining, Bradley Center, U.S. Cellular Arena,
and Potawatomi Bingo Casino. The RV Park is also
conveniently located near Miller Park – home
to the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club, the
world famous Milwaukee County Zoo,
and Mayfair shopping mall.

Non Fair / Non Special Event
$33 per night (electric only) + Tax
$38.50 per night (full service) + Tax
Special Event Days (Charges specific to site)
$46 (20 amp) per night (electric only) + Tax
$56 (30 amp) per night (electric only) + Tax
$66 (50 amp) per night + Tax
$75 (30 & 50 amp) per night (Full Service) + Tax
(Minimum night requirements vary by event)

Refund Policy
One Night Camping Service Charge Fee for more than two (2) weeks notice.
NO REFUNDS will be issued for less than two (2) weeks notice.
NO REFUNDS will be issued for any part of a multi-night reservation
once the site has been occupied.
NO REFUNDS will be issued on or after the FIRST DATE of a reservation.

| Winter Storage |
● Wisconsin State Fair Park is not responsible for any damaged or stolen property.
● RV winter storage is available September through April at $50 per month.
● Storage site rentals start on the 1st of every month and conclude on the last day of the month.
● If payment is not made on or by the start of the 1st of every month you will be charged .
● $7.50 per day until you make your monthly payment.
● RV’s must be out by May 1st.
● Any days after this date and up to June 1st will be charged $7.50 per day.
● Any days after June 1st will be charged $22 per day and will depend on availability.
● There will be no refunds should you decide to vacate early.
● Electrical, sewer and water are not included.
● No access to the laundry loom, showers, and restrooms.
● It is requested that you call the office and inform them if you need to access your RV for
repairs, cleaning, or are taking it out for a weekend.
● A certificate of insurance is due at the signing of the contract. |
